      1/2 of 1% of the sale price collected at closing.

      $300 to be paid by both the buyer and the seller and collect at closing.

      $300 collected from the buyer at closing.

     If applicable, there is a $300 fee is collected at closing from the buyer.

 

For security purposes, all FOBS assigned to the seller will be deactivated once the buyer has purchased and received new fob(s) assigned in their name
